Our service philosophy is that we make our valuable know-how available to the customer after the purchase of a machine or system. Therefore we avoid creating situations where we would be dependent on external know-how and deliberately look towards our own employees, so that the know-how remains in the company and always available to our customers, both before and after purchase.
