The RoX project, funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK), was launched on 20 September 2024. This pioneering joint project aims to create a digital ecosystem that facilitates or even enables the use of innovative AI-based robotic solutions in various practical applications and industries. The use of AI-based robotics offers enormous potential for strengthening industries that rely on high efficiency and flexibility. Advanced robotics components, artificial intelligence (AI) and a digital ecosystem are expected to shorten innovation cycles and significantly improve system integration and commissioning.
A consortium of leading industrial and scientific partners is working together in RoX to develop practical use cases and demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the solutions.
