During the development phase, our mechanical design, electrical design and software teams work closely together and in consultation with you. Based on your specifications, we develop innovative technical solutions and can draw on a wide range of existing solutions.

Project sequence Implementation phase

The precise realisation of the planned system takes place in the implementation phase. We manufacture selected components in-house and utilise our proven network of regional manufacturing partners for many components. Our experienced specialists take care of the mechanical and electrical assembly, including switch cabinet construction, wiring and the complete installation of the system. Through careful adjustment and commissioning, we ensure that all systems are optimally harmonised – for reliable and efficient implementation of your project.

Project sequence In-house commissioning

During in-house commissioning, we breathe life into your system. We carry out the initial commissioning of devices such as axes, robots, testing devices and cameras and install the software on the system. Basic commissioning includes manual functions and safety circuits, followed by tests of the automatic process. We optimise the processes and implement special functions in order to achieve the required performance data and ensure smooth preliminary acceptance.

Project sequence Recommissioning at the customer’s premises

After successful preliminary acceptance, the system is professionally dismantled, packed safely for transport and transferred to the customer’s site. Our experienced assembly team then reassembles it on site. All basic settings are then checked and precisely adjusted. The automatic functions and all relevant process sequences are put back into operation. The subsequent ramp-up of the system up to final acceptance includes the validation of the required performance parameters and represents a key milestone in ensuring your production requirements and satisfaction.

Project sequence Service

We remain your reliable partner even after final acceptance. We offer further optimisation of processes, extensions to include additional processes and products as well as support in the event of faults and defects. Our service includes the provision of spare and wear parts to ensure the long-term performance of your system.
