Our state-of-the-art system for hydraulic flow testing of injection valves is a masterpiece of engineering. It is able to operate up to four test points simultaneously, which ensures high production volumes.
Customer’s brief to us:
In the production of injection valves, it is necessary to carry out a 100% test at the end of the assembly line. The test is carried out with a fuel substitute medium, the test time is a multiple of the cycle time of the line
Standard test pressure 350 bar, supply from the factory centre. Max pressure up to approx. 550 bar
The system is characterised by its ability to control the test piece statically and dynamically, which allows comprehensive and versatile testing. The components are supplied and removed via a workpiece carrier transport system, which ensures smooth and continuous production.
A special highlight is the cycle-independent manifold handling, which makes loading the test stations flexible and efficient. It also enables repeat tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the injection valves.
With an impressive cycle time of less than 6 seconds, our system sets new standards in test speed and efficiency. The system is in use worldwide, including Germany, North America, Asia and Europe, and stands for the highest quality and reliability in hydraulic flow testing.
