The enthusiasm for technology was evident among the five girls on Girls’ Day. After a brief welcome and explanation of the stations ahead, the girls got started. Laser labelling, screwing and soldering – each girl was able to try out all of these things on a small project and get a taste of the various skilled professions. These insights helped to sparkle the interest in a technical profession. We look forward to seeing some of the girls again. 🙂
